Just tidying up some typos and rewriting stat generation to be clearer, along with streamlining the process to make it simpler to follow. The new method is rolling a d6 and adding 2 to it (treating a roll of 1 as a 2 to get a range of 4 to 8). No worries, the bell curve will be back in the splats! ;)
