Yes! I actually do not distinguish in play between "player" and "character" when I'm using it. Pettish (the updated version I posted a bit ago) is even more geared that way; you can still use it as a "backend" to have imaginary players but really, it's just about how much bookkeeping you want to do. Hope that helps, and have fun! :)
Enjoyed reading this, though an actual play example would be much appreciated. I'm especially confused by the mix of adventure / GM parts with genuine player stuff and would prefer something that dealt only with players.
Also the agendas might be a really good use case for singular they. Especially the equation of "Weak" with female and "On point" with male leave a bad taste.
It's entirely feasible to drop most of the mechanics, especially those that don't appeal to you or feel like too much bookkeeping; I personally only use the core table, and in the revision I'm working on I refocus primarily on that. If you scroll down in the comments you'll see some examples of how other folks have used this. Have fun!
Fun will happen! :D It should be all really compatible. I tend to use Mythic's oracle more than the full framework, but PET is intended to be usable in full or in part, with whatever systems and add-ons you please (with a little experience and tweaking).

My comment just gone vanish. My ask is if its possible use PET as a CHARACTER EMULATOR.

Any chance of putting together a character keeper on google sheets? It would make play even easier! Excellent job!
Do you have a play example? I'm a bit unclear on how this works.
None of my own, but I found this through reddit: The Gardens of Ynn & PET
... and I'm absolutely delighted someone enjoyed it that much! Ha. Never thought to google it before.
Thanks!
What will happen if I will use PET with a GM-emulator, like Mythic? =)
